Danelle and I saw….a play? Yes, a play. And it was AMAZING.

Danelle and I see a lot of musicals. But when we heard about The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, which wasn’t a musical but a play, we decided we would go for it! Plus, there was a sale–our tickets, normally $85, were just $20 each.
Neither of us had read the book, so we didn’t exactly know what to expect. Before the show, we took some photos with signs and a cute backdrop. We were excited to see how the quotes we were holding would be incorporated into the show!
We grabbed a glass of wine (with straws, mind you) and headed to our seats in the 11th row! Not bad for just $20! Now, I won’t give away any spoilers in case anyone is planning on seeing this show, but it was absolutely incredible! The acting was spectacular, the story was captivating, and the choreography was phenomenal. I can’t use enough adjectives to describe how much I loved this show. I loved it so much that I convinced my parents to see it a few days later…and they loved it as well!
Our next #NotAMusicalWednesday is a ballet, The Red Shoes, in September. And after this showing, I’m so ready for it.
