I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but I write about food a lot on this blog. This is one of those times.

After a bit of back and forth between Mel and I on where we should go/what we should have for dinner, we finally settled on “Summer Buffalo” on Melrose. Just about a mile’s walk from my apartment, Mel and I set out to walk for our yummy Thai food. The restaurant itself was very relatively small, with most diners choosing to take their food to-go. The menu boasted that it’s spicy was “authentic,” and as I don’t particularly mind spice but don’t love it, I chose to stay away from any items denoted with a chili pepper.

We started out with the pork butt, which was very good, and I got a Pad Thai for dinner. Having had quite a few in my lifetime, I can honestly say this was one of the best! There was so much left over that I was able to take half for lunch the next day at work!
Such a great dinner, and I will definitely be returning (or having it delivered)!
